he domestic ADEM CAM system is used to prepare control programs (NC) for CNC machines. Allows you to create NC for turning and milling machining centers with support from 2 to 5 simultaneously working coordinates, programming processing on multi-channel machines and longitudinal turning machines, as well as robotic complexes. In addition, programming of processing on waterjet, laser, plasma, electroerosive and other CNC machines is supported.
The ADEM CAM system has a built-in module for direct editing of imported models. It is necessary for designing blanks, changing coordinate systems from design to technological, making technological changes to the design of the part.
Also in ADEM CAM there is a unique module for optimizing feeds and forming toolpaths based on a constant chip thickness. There is also a module for screw extraction of wells, a module for turning screws using turning thread-cutting cycles, the formation of trajectories for building up material by laser cladding and sintering (additive technologies) and other features.
ADEM software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs under numbers 844 and 743.
